Palmone / Treo - The Treo 600 - 700 series really helped popularize the smartphone system. It's interesting to see how the Treo 700 series and current Blackberry are very convergent in their design themes. The Treo 700 has bigger, Blackberry-like keypad, while the new Blackberry has a 4-way toggle in the middle, like the Treo (avoiding the prior scroll wheel, since early Blackberries did not have the 4-way toggle button). Blackberry's new User Interface (UI) looks very much like the Palm UI.

Garmin - The Garmin StreetPilot 7200 automotive GPS system (has a built-in NAVTEQ mapping system) is in use by Archanics Design. It's a huge help on road trips, and really helps to save drive time. The very large 7" screen is easy to see. Archanics used the RAM-mount system to mount it to the dashboard (with "Gorilla Glue"). It seems that the RAM-mount system is better than Garmin's included mount. The ability to save POIs (Points of Interest) and your favorite drive-to locations is stellar!
